Our Customer 4 Life program was built to create a long term relationship with our members. As the proud owner of a customized HarpersLove piece, we will always be there for you, and we promise to do our best to correct, improve or adjust any product.
Our Products
- Each product is hand made by professional jewelry artisans in New York City and New Jersey. All of our chains are manufactured in Italy and selected by our experts.
- Because of the custom nature of our jewelry, we typically will not have your product in inventory. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production and shipping. Trust us; it will be well worth the wait.
- We will e-mail you with the status of your order and will send the shipping confirmation number once your creation leaves our hands..

What to Expect on Pricing
- Our prices reflect the current market value of precious metals and stones.
- You may notice that our prices change often. This is a direct reflection of the commodity markets (i.e. gold and silver).
- Your credit card will be charged based on the pricing at the time of your order.
- If the price of your purchase is reduced by more than 10% between your order date and shipment sent date, you may contact us for a price adjustment.
- New Jersey residents are subject to sales tax.
- Each shipment will include a card detailing the product that was purchased. The e-mail confirmation will provide the invoice and your receipt, which will include pricing, taxes and other fees.

Packaging and Shipping
We want to make this easy for you
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders. (US Addresses only)
- We ship to Canada. Standard shipping is $10.00.
- Expedited shipping is not currently offered but can be requested. Associated costs will apply.
- We use FedEx and USPS.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Each package is fully insured. A signature is required for any package with a value over $1,000. If you would like to require a signature for your package with a value below $1000, please send us an e-mail or add this request to your special notes section, and we will ensure that your package is properly handled.
- We ship domestically, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. International shipping is currently unavailable but will be available in the coming months.
- Return shipping is free up to 60 days.

Returns / Exchanges
We get it. Sometimes it just isn't what you expected. Let us help.
- You have 60 days to return your purchase for any reason.
- Return credits are made in the original form of payment.
- To request a return, please e-mail us. Include your order # and description of the reason for your return. Once approved, we will e-mail you a return label. Typically this will take 3-5 days.
- Alterations made within the first 60 days are offered free shipping both ways. Alterations made after 60 days will be charged for re-shipping.
- As part of our Customer Love policy, we provide free alterations anytime on HarpersLove products. This includes minor changes such as polishing, minor construction changes and gem replacements (**please read below). Average value of work is $50.00 and does not include shipping costs.
- Alteration fees may apply for significant changes requested to be made to the original product.
- Gem replacement and changes to metals will result in a price change.
- We will provide a quote for significant alterations and charges will be handled prior to work completed.
- Products previously altered by non-HarpersLove jewelers, will not be eligible for the credit.
- To inquire more about alterations, please email us. Include your original order #, description of services needed and a contact phone number.

Loyalty Matters
We love you! We will promote our reward programs often, and we are anticipating to launch this program soon.
- At HarpersLove, you can earn credits towards your next purchase by referring friends and family, designing, sharing and, of course, purchasing.
- Each point earned equals $1 which can be applied towards a future purchase.
- Points cannot be used towards taxes, fees, shipping and other ancillary costs.

- Please note, we will not submit your order for submission until the check is received. We will cash the check upon receipt and process the order.
- To request a payment by check, you can send us an email stating your request with the order specifications. You will not be able to submit your order via the shopping cart.
